Vitus - 2017 Rose of Merlot

 
This Rose' is in the style of the Rhone Valley of France. Fermented in concrete tanks, which is an ancient tradition that dates back over 2000 years when the French and Italians aged in stone to give the wine its mineral taste. Clean and refreshing, with a lovely floral bouquet ushering in ripe white mulberry, balanced nicely with a dry and crisp finish. Perfect as and aperitif, this Rose' will pair with many foods.
